    • responsible for the overall tea stand inventory and condition of equipment and tools.

    • possesses strong service sensibility, initiative, and a deep appreciation for tea culture and craftsmanship.

    2. tea assistant

    • supports tea and wagashi preparation, guest service, daily operations, and maintaining the warmth and flow of service.

    • manages inventory for teas and maintains the condition of tea tools and equipment.

    • attentive, calm under pressure, and eager to learn.

    3. barista

    • prepares espresso-based drinks and supports tea and wagashi preparation, guest service, daily operations, and maintaining the warmth and flow of service.

    • manages inventory for coffee and maintains the condition of coffee tools and equipment.
